Family pleads for killer to surrender
MORENO VALLEY – As Norma Lopez’ family plans her funeral, investigators are seeking clues to her killer. Few have surfaced in spite of a $35,000 reward.

Her distraught sister, Elizabeth, has a message for her kidnaper.

“Just get a touch of heart and turn yourself in. You killed her when we want her, here, at home. Just turn yourself in.”

Norma Lopez was believed to have been walking to a friend’s home after summer classes at Valley View High School when she was abducted and killed on July 15th. Her body was found 5-days later.

Authorities are withholding details of what happened to her explaining that is information known only to the killer that can be used in a polygraph test. (INT)
