RIVERSIDE – Incoming County Registrar of Voters Kari Verjil says she’ll be evaluating the county’s election process as she takes over Thursday.

“I’m looking forward to working with the voters and the public in evaluating the work flow and conduct successful elections.”

Ms. Verjil replaces Barbara Dunmore who was fired after glitches in last year’s primary and general elections.

She resumes a career in Riverside County government that began 14 years ago. She had been San Bernardino County’s Registrar of Voters since 2005. (INT)
