Taco Bell killer arrested
RIALTO – A San Bernardino gang member on probation for a drug conviction is the only suspect in the robbery-slaying of a customer at a Taco Bell drive-thru.

Although the murder weapon has not been found, Lt. Joe Cirilo says they have sufficient evidence implicating Dalray Andrews in the April 10th slaying of Joshua Huizar.

“Evidence collected at the scene linked this suspect to the murder. It was based on that evidence that we were able to identify him.”

Huizar gave Andrews his wallet, but was shot when he attempted to drive away. His girlfriend was not injured.

Andrews was arrested during a visit with his probation officer and is said to be cooperating with police. (INT)
