Governor tackles series of pending bills
SACRAMENTO – Governor Brown acted Monday on another series of pending bills.

Among those Brown signed:

· AB 143 by Assemblymember Felipe Fuentes (D-Los Angeles) – Pupil records: privacy rights.
· AB 207 by Assemblymember Tom Ammiano (D-San Francisco) – School attendance: residency requirements.
· AB 624 by Assemblymember John A. Pιrez (D-Los Angeles) – California Organized Investment Network.
· AB 648 by Assemblymember Marty Block (D-San Diego) – Clemency.
· AB 680 by Assemblymember Marty Block (D-San Diego) – Pupil safety: comprehensive school safety plans.
· AB 751 by Assemblymember Gil Cedillo (D-Los Angeles) – Freeway construction.
· AB 1028 by Committee on Public Employees, Retirement and Social Security – State employees' retirement.
· AB 1151 by Assemblymember Mike Feuer (D-Los Angeles) – Public retirement systems: investments: Iran.
· AB 1211 by Assemblymember Jim Silva (R-Huntington Beach) – Not-for-profit corporations.
· AB 1386 by Assemblymember Steven Bradford (D-Inglewood) – Women, minority, and disabled veteran business enterprise procurement.
· SB 217 by Senator Juan Vargas (D-San Diego) – Mortgage loan originators: licensure.
· SB 306 by Senator Kevin De Leσn (D-Los Angeles) – Accountancy.
· SB 310 by Senator Loni Hancock (D-Berkeley) – Local development.
· SB 381 by Senator Fran Pavley (D-Agoura Hills) – School attendance: residency requirements.

The Governor also announced that he has vetoed the following bills:
