A suspected car thief killed at the end of a police chase into Highland a week ago has been identified. Colton police say they were forced to shoot Trevor Taylor, 21, of Colton when he rammed one of their squad cars. There were seven fatal officer-involved police shootings in the Inland Empire during July. (INT)
