INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – The monthly Purchasing Manager’s Index is putting the most positive spin on the region’s economic recovery in years.

It’s above the benchmark for five consecutive months.

In its monthly survey, the Institute of Applied Research at Cal State San Bernardino found improvement in seven key economic indicators.

Four out of five purchasing managers in the Inland Empire see the local economy becoming stronger or remaining the same.
