JURUPA VALLEY – (INT) – One of the motorists who survived a weekend crash that killed three members of a Norwalk family is under arrest.

Sheriff’s investigators disclosed Wednesday that they are seeking manslaughter charges against Darrill Asani, 26, of Jurupa Valley. Asani is being held at the Presley Detention Center and is also accused of hit-run and DUI.

Two vehicles collided head-on late Saturday night on Limonite Avenue.

The dead included two women and an 8-year-old girl. They were passengers in one of the vehicles.
