New passwords fight Heart Bleed virus
The Heart Bleed virus is being described as one of the greatest threats to ever surface on the World Wide Web.

Heart Bleed poses a huge threat to consumers as it compromises sensitive personal consumer information.

If you’re buying something online or even applying for a job, the virus can gain access to credit card and Social Security numbers or any information you enter.

Jerry Eagan of Symantics suggests changing passwords and user name “every couple of months just as a matter of good practice.”

Eagan says to use different passwords on websites asking for a log in.

Heart Bleed uses the popular encryption software known as OpenSSL.
