Eclipse launches lunar ‘tetrad’
LAKE ARROWHEAD – (INT) – The late-Monday-early-Tuesday eclipse of the moon was spectacular. It’s the first of more to come.

Astronomer Dr. Luann Parker at Lake Arrowhead says the eclipse launched a ‘tetrad’ or a series of four lunar eclipses that are happening 6-months apart.

“The first two occur this year in April and October. The second set comes in 2015 – again in April and October.”)

She says the next ‘tetrad’ won’t happen until the year 2032.
