Obama's may be house shopping in Riverside County
RANCHO MIRAGE – (INT) – The Coachella Valley has been home for past US presidents.

Gerald and Betty Ford retired there. Former President Dwight Eisenhower and his wife had a winter home in Indian Wells.

Now it’s been disclosed that President Obama and the First Lady may be house shopping in Rancho Mirage.

There’s nothing official. But, it’s no secret that the Obama’s were in the valley shopping for a home during a visit last month. They’ve been eyeing some upsale properties at Thunderbird Heights in Rancho Mirage, the same place where the Ford’s lived.

The president won’t have to worry about too many offers coming in on their initial choice, a home which has a price tag of $4 million.
