INGLEWOOD – (INT) – Byron Scott has a game plan for the Los Angeles Lakers.

“When you’re winning, it’s contagious. If you’re losing, it’s contagious. We have to change (the player’s) their mindset.”

Scott was formally introduced Tuesday as the Lakers new coach.

“I’m gonna do everything I can to bring this team back to where we know it should be. This organization is all about championships. Period.”

Scott says it may take a couple of years as the team re-builds.
