CORONA – (INT) – One man is dead and two others injured as outlaw bikers shot it out on Interstate 15 over the weekend.

Sheriff’s deputies said members of the Hell’s Angels and Mongols were southbound chasing each other. One biker crashed near the El Cerrito off-ramp. Two suffered gunshot wounds.

One of the three men died at a local hospital Saturday night. Another was admitted for treatment of his injuries.

No other injuries were reported.

The incident forced the closure of the freeway’s southbound lanes.
