SAN FRANCISCO – (INT) – In a late pre-election, telephone poll, would-be California voters have voiced their preferences for some of the propositions on Tuesday’s ballot.

The California Field Poll found heavy support for the water bonds in Proposition 1.

There’s been big swing to the ‘no’ side on Prop. 45, which is about health insurance rate changes and Prop. 46 involving drug testing of doctors and medical negligence lawsuits.

The poll also found continuing support for criminal sentencing Prop. 47.
