INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – Black Friday is reserved for holiday shoppers. But for many others, it’s the second of the 4-day Thanksgiving holiday.

Government offices will be closed. Public school and college classrooms are dark. But, it’s a regular Friday at all banks and post offices.

Metrolink and local bus schedules are being followed. But residential trash and recycling services are being adjusted because of Thursday’s holiday.

On the highways, the California Highway Patrol’s maximum enforcement period (MEP) runs until Sunday midnight.
