Southern California November home sales fall sharply
SOUTHLAND - (INT) - Sales of new and existing homes is sagging. Home sales during November was the lowest for that month in seven years.

CoreLogic says that fewer purchases by investors and other market factors account for the 9.5 percent drop when compared to November of last year.

Prices have steadily risen in the Inland Empire for nearly three years. The average home in Riverside County is selling for $305,000. That’s the most since before the housing bust and the onset of the recession.

Selling prices for the Inland Empire have risen 13.8 percent the past 12-months, the fastest increase in Southern California.
