CORONA – (INT) – Charges have been filed nearly a year after a gambler’s special tour bus overturned on Interstate 15 fatally injuring a 91-year-old passenger.

Prosecutors accuse Jian Duan of driving too fast for rainy conditions when he lost control of the bus.

Thirty passengers were board the bus, the elderly man died and 21 others were hurt.

Duan failed to appear for arraignment earlier this month on charges of vehicular manslaughter.
