Marine helicopter crash victims identified TWENTYNINE PALMS - (INT) - The Marine Corps says two of its own were killed when their helicopter crashed during a training exercise on base. There were no survivors.
The Marine Corps Times said the helicopter went down late Friday at an undisclosed location. The helicopter was attached to the Third Marine Aircraft Wing. Captain Elizabeth Kealey and 1st Lt. Adam Satterfield were based at Camp Pendleton. Wing commander Maj. Gen. Michael Rocco said in a statement "Our hearts go out to the families and friends of the two Marines we lost in this tragic accident." The Marine Corps will investigate the cause of the crash.
