Apartment rental rates rising
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – Apartment rents have surged ahead by more than 5 percent.

RealFacts, which tracks rental rates across the country, found that Inland Empire averages eclipsed $1200 a month during the final quarter of last year. It was a 5.4 percent increase over the prior 12-months.

The rates were escalating even faster in Los Angeles and Orange counties, San Diego, Sacramento and up to 12.3% in San Francisco.

The Inland Empire’s occupancy rate was just over 95 percent.
