RIVERSIDE – (INT) – One condemned killer is one his way to ‘Death Row’ and the fate of two others rests in the hands of a Superior Court judge.

Tyrone Harts, 42, has been ordered executed for shooting his former girlfriend and then setting her on fire in front of her six children.

The horrifying incident occurred in the woman’s Moreno Valley home three years ago after she broke off her relationship with Harts.

A Corona woman and her boyfriend will hear their punishment in April. Belinda Magana and Michael Narine stand convicted of killing her 2-and-a-half-year-old son and burying him in the mountains near Lytle Creek.

Separate juries have recommended the pair be executed.
