LOS ANGELES – (INT) – With the Lakers out of the running, it’s up to the Clippers to aim for the NBA championship.

They face the defending NBA champion San Antonio Spurs in the opening round of the playoffs beginning Sunday.

The Clippers have the home court advantage for the first two games before the series switches to Texas.

The Clippers and Spurs split their four meetings during the regular season, each winning two games.
