A man laying in an alley way suffering from gunshot wounds was transported to a Beaumont hospital where he was pronounced dead, Tuesday. The suspect, Victor Dominguez, 42, of Beaumont, was located in Imperial County and subsequently arrested for murder and booked into the Smith Correctional Facility in Banning. The coroner identified the victim Wednesday as Mario Lara, 40, of Beaumont.(INT)
