RIVERSIDE – (INT) – Recently appointed City Manager John Russo settles into his office this week.

Russo comes from Alameda where he was city manager for nearly 4-years. He succeeds Scott Barber who retired from Riverside City Hall last December.

Russo wasted no time announcing Monday the hiring of Alex Nguyen as Assistant City Manager. Nguyen held a similar position working under Russo in Alameda.
