Microquakes hit San Jacinto Fault
INLAND EMPIRE - (INT) - Seismologists are monitoring a flurry of microquakes along the San Jacinto fault in Riverside County.

The temblors are too weak to be felt. Nineteen quakes were recorded in a 24 hour period up to 6pm Sunday.

Epicenters were detected along the fault between Anza and Hemet. The strongest was M1.5.

The San Jacinto Fault is one of the most active in Southern California. (INT)
