BLOOMINGTON – (INT) – A naked, blood-spattered pedestrian struck and injured near a mobile home park has been linked to a weekend homicide.

Sheriff’s investigators suspicion that Victor Sanchez, 22, killed Jackelyn Hernandez, age 21. Her body was found inside a mobile home early Saturday.

Sanchez ran more than a mile without clothing to Santa Ana Avenue and Laurel Avenue where he was struck by a passing vehicle.

Sanchez was admitted to a local hospital and eventually will be jailed on suspicion of murder.
