18-foot creature found dead at local dump
JURUPA VALLEY – (INT) – Landfills are known to attract every imaginable castoff. But, a discovery that turned up Tuesday at the Agua Mansa material transfer station was the first of its kind.

The remains of a nearly 18-foot long albino Burmese python was abandoned by its owner.

The circumstances of the snake’s death are unknown. The cold weather may have been a factor, but county animal control says the creature may have died of natural causes.
