LOS ANGELES - (INT) - Now that Lamar Odom has recovered from his near-death experience with drugs, Khloe Kardashian is going through with her divorce.

She stayed by his side after the former NBA star overdosed in a Nevada brothel last fall.

According to TMZ, the split is amicable and Odom was aware she would be filing ahead of time.

In another court, actor Johnny Depp has asked that he not pay spousal support to his estranged wife Amber Heard, who filed for divorce after 15 months of marriage.

Heard filed for divorce on Monday stating the couple separated the day before. Both actors cited irreconcilable differences for the breakup.
