Graduation season blooms, seniors reach new level
SAN BERNARDINO - (INT) - Graduation season in the San Bernardino City Unified school District has been spread out over ten days.

Seniors at Middle College High School were the latest to pick-up their diplomas. Most graduation ceremonies will be this week.

Arroyo Valley High School has the largest graduating class with about 500 students.

Approximately 3,163 seniors are getting diplomas this year. That does not include those graduating from vocational programs.

Meantime, the first California high school students are graduating with a new “pre-apprenticeship” recognition on their diplomas—a national industry seal of approval that paves their way into skilled building and construction trades or college.
