Study: California among ten happiest states
California has been ranked the nation's 10th happiest state.

The personal finance website WalletHub says Californians ranked the Golden State even higher on matters of emotional and physical well-being, but 37th in its work environment.

Hawaii and California ranked one and two for the lowest depression rate.

Folks in Utah put in the least work hours, have the highest volunteerism rate and the lowest divorce rate.

North Dakota claims the lowest long-term unemployment rate and the highest income growth.

Overall, WalletHub has proclaimed Utah, Minnesota and North Dakota the three top, happiest states. (INT)
