SACRAMENTO – (INT) – California motorists now have another tool to help them get from here to there safely and more expeditiously.

Caltrans is installing an Automated Warning System (AWS) to monitor weather, road conditions and track travel times.

Caltrans says motorists can access this real time information on the Internet.
