A mistrial was declared Wednesday in the trial of former Beaumont police officer Enoch Clark. He’ll return to court in April to face a second trial on four criminal charges stemming from a pepper spraying incident 5-years ago that severely injured a woman’s eyes. Clark has denied the charges.
