A suspected burglar has been linked to a January 4th fire at a Riverside strip mall. Arson investigators accuse Juan Carlos Duran, 35, of setting the fire to cover-up a break-in at a pharmacy on Arlington Avenue. A stolen car was also involved in the fire that caused damages of $1 million. (INT)
