San Bernardino police say a man suffered blunt force trauma at the hands of his step-father and became the city’s 8th murder victim of the year. Santos Arellano was arrested after driving erratically in Rialto. Arellano was last seen with the victim, Ruben Hernandez, age 23. (INT)
