A Moreno Valley neighborhood was blacked out early Saturday when a vehicle sheared off a utility pole bringing down power lines on Lasselle Street. The driver, David Toral Jr., 23, of Perris was killed. Later Saturday evening in Good Hope near Perris, a vehicle veered off Ellis Avenue, penetrated a fence and overturned. Cornelio Huerta, 24, of Compton was killed and two others were hurt. The driver, Heraclio Garcia, 31, of Perris, was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and DUI. (INT)
