Eleven Redlands and San Bernardino police officers have been cleared of any criminal wrong doing in the fatal shooting of a man from Downey. The DA said Tuesday the officers properly exercised their right of self-defense when they killed Andrew Gene Mike in Redlands in March 2016. (INT)
