A no-parole prison term has been handed to a Moreno Valley man for the deaths of his elderly mother and his ex-wife. Drew Stelp, who was described as the victims’ caretaker, pleaded guilty in the one- time death penalty case. Found dead in their Moreno Valley home 4-years ago were 78-year-old Louise Barrera and Annette Simms, 52. (INT)
