Pacific Gas and Electric has been hit with citations totaling $8.3 million for failing to trim trees and safely maintain a transmission line that started the 2015 Butte Fire. The fire in Amador County burned 70,868 acres, destroyed 921 structures, including 549 homes, and resulted in two fatalities. (INT)
