Cities with the highest, lowest property valuations
SAN BERNARDINO – (INT) – The county’s assessed valuation has increased slightly, according to the latest estimates.
The assessed value of nearly 25,000 parcels was just over $2.7 billion.
San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-Clerk Bob Dutton said his supplemental review reflected changes in ownership or completed new construction.
Cities with the highest valuations, in order, were Ontario, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Fontana and Chino Hills. Those with the lowest assessed valuations were Needles and Twentynine Palms.
