A surveyor taking measurements in the middle of a San Bernardino street has been struck and killed by a vehicle that had been speeding down Pepper Avenue. The driver lost control striking the victim in the middle of an intersection. The 58-year-old surveyor from Colorado died at a local hospital. (INT)
