New judges appointed in San Bernardino County
SAN BERNARDINO – (INT) – Two judges will be joining the San Bernardino County Superior Court bench.

Governor Brown has appointed Winston S. Keh and Antoine F Raphael.

Keh, a former senior litigation attorney, has been a Superior Court commissioner since 2015. Keh fills a vacancy vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Joseph R. Brisco.

Raphael has been an assistant attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and fills a vacancy created by the elevation of Judge Marsha G. Slough to the Court of Appeal.

Compensation for each of the judgeships is $191,612 a year.
