Cops kill brother of domestic violence suspect
SAN BERNARDINO - (INT) - Another case of domestic violence culminated in a deadly officer-involved shooting Friday.

Rialto police were looking for Cesar Leonel Zamora, 35, on suspicion of severely injuring a woman at a location on Birch Street. Their investigation took them to the San Bernardino home of Zamora's brother, Hector Soria, on the possibility that Zamora was there.

Soria came to the front door, refused to step out and promptly loaded a 40-calibre handgun raising it toward the officers. Soria, 30, was slain before he could fire his gun.

As for Zamora, he was arrested during a traffic stop on the High Desert.
