Convict blames 'government' for crime spree
SAN BERNARDINO - (INT) – A convicted killer says it was a "Government Mind Control Project" that caused him to go on a crime spree.

Junior Tejeda, 35, is facing sentencing August 11th for carrying out at least two robberies in 2010 in which a clerk was killed.

Tejeda had just been released from prison 24 hours earlier. Police found him hiding with the stolen money.

Tejeda was convicted last week and is facing a 54-year-to-life prison term.
