FONTANA – (INT) - The Fontana City Council meets August 22nd to consider forthcoming election sequencing for the city’s new ward system.

A final district boundary map will be used in future district-based elections. Previously, the City Council membership was elected at-large.

If the sequencing process is approved, council districts 1 and 4 would be on the ballot in November 2018 and districts 2 and 3 on the ballot in November 2020.
