IE's economic growth said 'comfortable' INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – Local purchasing managers are pumped up about the region’s economy.
Most surveyed by the Institute of Applied Research at Cal State San Bernardino predict a stronger economy or it remaining the same. Only 10 percent see it becoming weaker the fourth quarter of the year. The Purchasing Manager’s Index has been in a ‘comfortable’ growth mode for eight consecutive months this year, the Institute reported.
