RIVERSIDE – (INT) – Fire investigators say that two boys were making a video when the gasoline they were playing with exploded.

Saturday’s incident occurred in a neighborhood in the 7400 Block of El Sol Way.

First-responding paramedics found the boys, both 13, suffering from serious burns. Both had 2nd and 3rd degree burns on their faces and hands. They were taken to a local burn center in stable condition.

Their names were not released because of their ages.

A fire department arson unit is investigating.
