San Bernardino County authorities have identified two victims involved in a pair of traffic mishaps this week. Jeriel Herring, 36, of Upland was struck by a truck while crossing Fourth Street in Rancho Cucamonga. In Yucaipa, a ‘rollover’ accident involving a single vehicle claimed the life of Manuel Ray Garcia, 38, of Highland. (INT)
