Riverside County firefighters pounced on a wind-blown wildfire at San Jacinto Saturday and had it contained in less than 3-hours. It swept across 10 acres near State St. at Ramona Blvd. In the nearby San Jacinto Mountains, a burning vehicle started a 4-acre fire on Highway 74 south of Highway 243 at Mountain Center. (INT)
