An early Monday morning mishap at Lake Elsinore claimed the life of a pedestrian. Calfire reports the victim was struck on Interstate 15 at Main Street. The California Highway Patrol said the 30-year-old Lake Elsinore man had been walking on the freeway shoulder when he suddenly darted into the traffic lanes. (INT)
