Todd Jorgenson has been named Interim General Manager of Riverside Public Utilities. He will assume leadership of the utility January 19th following the departure of General Manager Girish Balachandran who is for the Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE), a community-choice energy agency. Jorgenson has worked for Riverside Public Utilities for more than a dozen years, most recently as Assistant General Manager for Water. (INT)
