The Riverside Community College District Board of Trustees has appointed Wolde-Ab Isaac, Ph.D., chancellor of RCCD, the fifth largest community college district in California. Isaac, who is currently the president at Riverside City College, will begin his job as chancellor on January 1st. (INT)
