Incentives offered for more solar at multi-family projects The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is pushing for more solar projects at existing multifamily affordable housing. It has created the Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) Program to provide up to $100 million annually in incentives. (INT)
